About KoSFoS
The Korean Society of Food Science and Technology (KoSFoS) is a leading academic organization in Korea, with many professionals in the fields of food hygiene and safety. Since its establishment in 1986, KoSFoS has held annual international academic conferences every year related to the safety of agricultural and livestock products, foods, food additives, and healthy functional foods in response to the recent public interest and social demand for food safety.

These activities provide the latest information and contribute to national policies for food safety. This year, KoSFoS has invited food safety professionals from all sectors, including the government, food industry , and academia, across APAC to the 6th APAC Food Safety International Conference that will be held in Jeju, Republic of Korea, with the support of IAFP.
