About IAFP
: IAFP has been founded in 1911 in the United States and it includes more than 4,000 professionals including educators, government officials, microbiologists, food industry executives, and quality control professionals from 50 nations. These IAFP members are involved in all aspects of growing, storing, transporting, processing, and preparing all types of foods.

PolyU’s Food Safety Consortium (FSC) introduces the most cutting-edge technologies on food safety for contributing global community. IT has been recognized as the Hong Kong’s affiliate of IAFP since mid-2015 to enhance synergic impacts on food safety in various regions of the world.
